Whats the Catch?

As an officially registered unclaimed property investigator with the Unclaimed Property Division of the California State Controller's office we are paid a portion of the total claim value not to exceed 10% directly from the Controller's Office upon successful approval of claims we have submitted on our clients behalf. We operate with a sliding scale fee percentage of 2-10% of the claim value dependant on our assesment of the claims complexity and the cost of recovery on our end. By utilizing a sliding scale we ensure we can help every cleint we work with big or small to recover their lost funds, and since we are paid directly by the State Controller's office we don't need payment information from our clients at any time, and are only paid for successfully recovering your property!
